Jim Price owner of Pondtastic Water Gardens has successfully completed the
qualification process to become a Master Certified Aquascape Contractor (MCAC), the highest level of certification provided by Aquascape Inc. Master Certified Aquascape Contractors are the most qualified and informed pond installers in the water gardening industry. MCACs are trained and educated to install beautiful,
low-maintenance water features, and provide quality workmanship, outstanding customer service, and knowledgeable assistance to their customers.

“We’re proud to have Jim on board as a Master Certified Aquascape Contractor.” Aquascape ensures that each applicant meets all standards of the qualification process. Applicants must provide customer referrals, photos of completed water features, pass extensive online training courses and testing, and comply with Aquascape construction methodology.

Certified Aquascape Contractors are the most qualified and informed pond installers in the water gardening industry. All CACs are required to attend continual training and education seminars and maintain a proven record of outstanding work and dedicated customer service and support. 
All pond installers who wish to become Certified Aquascape Contractors must complete an in-depth application that includes an online training program with exam, customer referrals, pictures of completed water features, and general questions about their business and water gardening philosophy. These applications are then reviewed by technical agents at Aquascape, Inc., and then contractors are awarded one of three different levels of CAC status, Basic, Professional, & Master CAC.

Some of the factors the contractor review board looks at when reviewing a pond builder's CAC application are:

• Training - All CACs are trained and educated by Aquascape Inc.
• Quality - A CAC's workmanship must be approved by Aquascape Inc’ own construction crew.
• Knowledge - A CAC is knowledgeable and trained on all Aquascape Products and has the ability to answer any questions they may have with their backyard pond.
• Customer Service - CACs must provide outstanding customer service.
• Dedication - These pond installers are established, dedicated companies in the pond building profession.
• Continued Education – They must attend Build-A-Pond Days and other pond-related seminars throughout the year.
• Teamwork - CACs work closely with Aquascape Designs and AI's distributors to ensure only the highest quality backyard ponds are installed. All CACs must be in good standing with both Aquascape Designs and their AI distributor.

• A Certified Aquascape Contractor goes above and beyond the water garden customer’s expectations.
